Description

The Bimber Shoulders of Giants is a large, ongoing series of limited-edition, single-cask whiskies. Each single-cask release yields a small number of bottles, typically between 240 and 340.

About the Distillery:

Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
