Bimber Distillery’s Spirit of the Underground collection is a single malt series released in collaboration with Transport for London.
Batch 1 (Released May 2021)
All expressions were matured in ex-bourbon casks.

Focused on fortified wine cask finishes.

Known as the "Sporting Excellence" release, featuring double maturations.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
