Description
Bombay Original London Dry Gin, this bottle is a vintage edition, with similar label designs and bottle shapes where produced in the 1990s.
It is based on a famous 1761 recipe, unlike many gins that boil botanicals, Bombay uses a vapour infusion process where spirit vapour passes through a copper basket containing the botanicals to delicately infuse flavor.
Bottled at 43%, 75cl.
Zafiro Strawberry Gin, a Spanish gin produced in Jerez de la Frontera by Bodegas Williams & Humbert.
This "Pink Gin" is characterized by its bright pink color and intense strawberry aroma. It is made using traditional methods with a selection of natural botanicals, including juniper, lemon, and white flowers, which balance the prominent strawberry sweetness.
