The Bimber Cask Reserve #201926 is a highly limited private cask bottling from the London-based Bimber Distillery.
This specific release was matured in a single virgin oak cask and bottled in March 2023 as part of a private collection. It is known for its intense "rye-like" spice profile—a characteristic result of using virgin oak, which transforms the distillery's typically fruit-forward spirit into something more robust and complex.

About the Distillery:
Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
